Statement of Faith

We believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit as three distinct persons in unity (1 John 5:7; Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; John 1:1–2, 14; John 14:16–17; Eph. 4:4–6; Gen.1:26).

We believe in salvation through Jesus Christ alone (John 14:6; Acts 4:12;1 Tim. 2:5, John 10:9; Rom. 10:9–10; John 3:16–18).

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 2:38; Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44–46; Acts 19:5–6; Mark 16:17;1 Cor. 14:2).

We believe the Bible is the final authority (Deut. 8:3; 2 Tim. 3:16; Psalm 119:105; Psalm 119:160; Matt. 24:35; Is. 40:8; John 17:17).

We believe in holiness, sanctification, and living set apart (1 Peter 1:15-16; Heb. 12:14; 2 Cor. 6:17; Rom. 12:1–2; 1 Thess. 4:7; Titus 2:11–12).

We believe in Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, and that His resurrection empowers us to live free from sin (Gospels of Matthew-John; 1 Cor. 15:3–4; Rom. 6:4; Rom. 6:8–11; Phil. 3:10; Col. 2:12).

We believe that Jesus is the only way to Heaven (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; John 3:36; John 10:7–9; 1 John 5:11–12; Heb. 10:19–20).

We believe salvation comes by the blood of Jesus (Romans 3:25; Romans 5:9; Heb. 9:12; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; 1 Peter 1:18–19; Rev. 1:5).

We believe salvation can be forfeited by rejecting the faith (Psalm 69:28; Heb. 6:4–6; Heb. 10:26–29; 2 Peter 2:20–22; John 15:6; Rev. 3:5).

We believe all will stand before God and give account (Heb. 9:27; Rom. 14:12; 2 Cor. 5:10; Matt. 12:36; Ecc. 12:14; Rev. 20:12; Matt. 25:31–32).

We choose to deny ourselves and follow Christ daily (Matt. 16:24; Luke 9:23; Gal. 2:20; Rom. 8:13; Phil. 3:7–8; John 12:26).
